"Having been attracted by Darren's photography, I invited him to hold an exhibition of his work at the gallery. Darren produced a very varied portfolio of subjects, including action photography, wildlife, portraits and genre. His camera work was as fluent and natural as the brushwork of an accomplished painter and in each study he achieved a level of interpretation and expression one would expect from a true artist".
